By accessing or using Tattvix Quotation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Description of Service
Tattvix Quotation is a cloud-based quotation management platform providing quotation creation, client management, GST calculations, and PDF sharing.
3. Subscription & Pricing
The service is offered on an annual subscription basis. Current Founders Plan pricing is ₹6,499 per year. Pricing may change for new customers in the future.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for partial usage.
5. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under their account.
6. Usage Restrictions
Users may not resell, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
7. Data Ownership
All data entered remains the user's property. Tattvix stores data solely to provide services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tattvix is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business loss.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, jurisdiction Gujarat.
